By creating an account on fem-boy.com you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use fem-boy.com. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account where we have reason to believe the user is underage.

2. Account Rules

  • You may create only one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
  • You must provide accurate information. Fake profiles, impersonation, or misleading content is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You must not share your account with others.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Post explicit, non-consensual, or illegal content.
  • Solicit money, financial transactions, or commercial services from other users.
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers on the platform.
  • Attempt to circumvent safety features, blocks, or moderation actions.
  • Post content involving minors in any sexual or inappropriate context.
  • Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity.

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you post (profile text, photos). By posting, you grant fem-boy.com a limited license to display it to other users as part of the service. All photos are reviewed by moderators before being shown publicly. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Free Service & Donations

  • fem-boy.com is provided free of charge. All features — including messaging, voice notes, and calls — are available to every member at no cost.
  • We may accept voluntary donations to support the platform. Donations are optional, do not unlock additional features, and are non-refundable.
  • Any payments (such as donations) are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms. Bans are not eligible for refunds. Moderation decisions may be appealed by contacting support@fem-boy.com.

7. Disclaimers

fem-boy.com is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that you will meet compatible matches, or that any user's represented identity is accurate. We are not liable for interactions between users that occur outside the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
